Bakir grew up in a small town called Gouda. An energetic boy playing football with friends but valued his quality time films and video games.

​

In the early twenties, Bakir looked for things that 

got him out of his bubble. Seeking change to learn new things in life. By exploring this new drive, he taught himself many new aspects such as the saxophone, surfing, learning languages, swimming, cooking and eventually acting.

Bakir is acting in short films and commercials since 2018. Some of his projects have been in festivals and can be streamed. but most haven't reached a broader audience. He lives for human connection in his work and unique stories that break the norm.
